About your Coach!

Hey there! My name is Micah Smith but you can call me Coach! I have a burning passion for physical and mental development through all forms of fitness and nutrition. I grew up in the small town of Florenceville-Bristol, New Brunswick.

As a teenager I was a small framed, shy, and an extremely insecure person. At the age of 15, I picked up my first dumbbell and that all changed. I packed on 20lbs of muscle in my first 2 years of strength training. I began to love who I was and gained the belief that I was capable of so much more.

Since that day I knew I needed to spread the word about what fitness can do in a person’s life. In 2017 I enrolled into Eastern Collegeā€™s health and wellness program. Eventually becoming a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine.

I have since coached hundreds of individuals one on one, led group fitness classes, and back in 2020 I launched my very own online fat loss program!

I focus on real life. The internet loves to complicate fat loss with fad diets, crazy workout routines, and over promising supplements. Your family, your work schedule, and your lifestyle preferences matter in the long run. I will not let you sacrifice the life you want to live just to fit into a smaller pair of jeans!

The Forever Fit Project sets you up with your own personal account in our coaching app. You and I will have direct access to each other. This is also where you will log your assigned workouts and track nutrition.

My mission is to simplify nutrition when it comes to weight loss. I want you to enjoy the foods that you love, in the body that you love. You should never feel confined to restrictive boundaries just to feel confident and healthy. Let's find out what nutritional balance looks like for you.

A weight loss journey can feel lonely. At times you can feel lost and discouraged. The forever fit project provides daily 1 - 1 support with your coach, weekly progress check ins, and a motivating facebook community full of individuals just like you!
